I'm growing up fast

I'm sorry I haven't written my web page lately but I have been very, very busy. I've been full of beans and have spent lots of weekends going to parties. I've also been going back to the caravan lately and seen my friend Bradley Bear. That was exciting.

One of the exciting things I did lately was to help dig the garden at nursery. We had a special gardening weekend where all the Mums and Dads came along to help. My Daddy couldn't go because he was at a meeting, but my Grandad Bryon came to help us. We did lots of digging and planting and we now have a really super 'sensory' garden to play in. It was so good that the local newspaper came to take photographs and there was a picture of me, Mummy and Grandad in the Newbury Weekly News!

Also, at nursery Mummy and Daddy went to a thing called a parents' evening. They looked at all my work and my teacher showed them all the notes they keep on me. Apparently there are five 'levels' for children and at my age I'm expected to have reached level 3. Well, my teacher's notes showed Mummy and Daddy that for some things I'm at number 5 already! I really like learning and I am getting good at writing and I'm starting to read.

I've decided that I really like trampolining. I've asked Mummy and Daddy if I can join a trampoline club. I went to my friend Daniel's party the other week and there was a big trampoline there. I had such fun.

I also had fun at my Grandma Eileen's when she had her birthday party. But there was a bit of an accident when Daddy, Grandad, Uncle Jon and me were playing football in the park. I fell over just as Daddy was kicking the ball and his foot went into my eye. I screamed and I had to be rushed home for a cold compress. I had a black eye but I was OK really. Daddy was very upset but I knew it wasn't his fault.

I'm getting on using the computer and I know how to use the mouse and keyboard. Sometimes I just switch on the computer on my own and then Mummy or Daddy find out it's gone quiet and I'm happily playing a computer game. I really like the Clifford the Dog games.

I also like dressing up and my favourite is Batman. I'm saving money in my moneybox so I can buy a Knight's outfit with a helmet and shield.

Anyway, I must go because I've got lots of colouring to do now.
